About the Event
The Black Heritage Connection, located in the East Valley of Phoenix, will host our community’s Third Annual - Black History Month Celebration for 2025. This year's celebration is scheduled for February 1st, 2025, and will take place at Desert Mountain Park 22201 Hawes Rd., Queen Creek, AZ 85142 (SW corner of Ocotillo Rd. and Hawes Rd.) From 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
February is Black History Month, where we celebrate Black Americans' resilience, achievements, and rich culture. Their contributions have shaped our world, from pioneers like Harriet Tubman and Martin Luther King, Jr., to modern-day heroes of art, science, and activism. Let's honor the past, acknowledge the struggles, and embrace the future.
